Video Productions were asked to create an online video that captured Alex Hart's feelings about the facilities offered by, and service she received from Romans Property Group divisions while dealing with her property needs.

Video Productions were asked to create an online introduction and demonstration video presented by a member of Romans staff and displaying the website, and how to use it in the background. This is what we came up with and is now in use on the Romans website

The video tour of the Skyline Plaza was commissioned by Romans estate agents but as soon as the video was released a new version with the Berkeley logo was requested.

We completed the schedule with version specific files for Romans TV and Berkeley Homes parent site as well as the Skyline Plaza dedicated site.

The construction programme at the Skyline Plaza is due to go on for another 18 months or so and during this time there are models of apartment that will come to market which we anticipate will be filmed and added to the videos.

This was the theme for the new video for the newly launched HR web site for the Romans Property group. All the staff featured were filmed within the Sardine studio in Basingstoke as this was the easiest and fastest way to get all the participants collated. As the studio was the focal point there were just a couple of days when they all came in, sat with colleagues with a cup of their chosen and chatted while each was individually filmed.

The culmination is a video which takes in the reasons why so many people work for and why once employed by Romans so many stay for a great number of years. The video is now a central feature to the new HR site - www.romans.co.uk/careers.
